At Proxim, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping to all our customers. We use Australia Post to deliver your order securely.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over AUD $150. Orders below this amount incur a flat rate of AUD $10.
• Express Shipping: Available for AUD $15.
• Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping via Australia Post to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on location.
• Delivery Times: International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

 

SURFBOARDS

To be eco-conscious and make something good out of imported factory boards we generally recycle boxes and packaging from local importers and larger stores using these overpriced imports.

This means not only do we reuse plastics and cardboard but it means that we don't create demand for new plastics.

We act as a free booking service for couriers and price each board depending on location and board size so after your order we will contact you with your courier quote.

Please note, we take great care in packaging boards in multiple layers of bubble wrap, foam and cardboard to protect the boards.

Once your order is with the courier, the contract of ownership transfers to the courier and yourself and w will no longer be responsible for the care of the board.

Therefore, we offer a courier quote with insurance as an option. We highly recommend insurance as If you choose not to take this option most courier services will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage of your board.

We will however make every effort to help with any claims against couriers.

In saying that, damage and loss of boards is rare, especially with the care we take with packaging boards.

APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES

Shipping within Australia

Clothing and Accessory Orders are dispatched within 7 (business days). 

Shipping will be calculated at check out or in the case of boards, we will email a quote from Smartsend with an option for insurance as we do not insure or replace products once they have been passed to a courier service.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide details to us  and liaise with Australia Post or our registered courier service. We will, however, provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim and assist where possible.

No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing in transit if the address provided was incorrect. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we can not alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Shipping Internationally

Clothing and accessory orders are dispatched within 7 days and tracking will be provided directly to you

Shipping will be calculated at check out.

Orders are shipped using Australia Post, Smartsend or the best value international freight that we can find.

Generally, orders will be received within 7-20 working days, although certain destinations may take longer

Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by Australia Post as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.
