Returns & Exchanges
SUNGLASSES
If you wish to return your Proxim Eyewear purchase, we offer refunds on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Discounted Items: Any items purchased using a discount code (except welcome discounts) can not be returned for a refund.
- Sale Items: Items marked as "sale" are final and cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. Faulty items will be returned upon receiving back at our warehouse before being approved as faulty. Any items that are deemed to be intentionally damaged will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Exchanges and Store Credit: We offer exchanges and store credit on any items.
Sale items can be exchanged or credit note offered and shipping is to be covered by the customer - Return Shipping: Return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes for international customers, must be covered by the customer.

How to Return:
- Start your return process by submitting a request through our Contact Form or email info@proximstudio.com (you will need your order number or receipt). Once approved, you will receive postage instructions.
- Ensure your name and order number are clearly visible within or on your return package. Unidentified returns cannot be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item.
- We refund to the original payment method, covering the item cost only (excluding initial and subsequent shipping, customs duties, or taxes).
- If you used a bundle discount offer and return one pair, the discount applied to both pairs will be adjusted and deducted from your refund.
- All items must be returned in unworn condition, in the original case and box, and with the cleaning cloth. If items are returned in an unsuitable condition, the refund will be void, and the item may be sent back at your expense.
- Refund requests outside of the 14-day window will not be accepted.
Faulty Items
If your Proxim sunglasses arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@proximstudio.com with photos of the damaged product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Returning Items Purchased from Other Retailers
If you purchased your Proxim sunglasses from one of our stockists, please follow the retailer’s return policy. Should they be unable to assist, contact us via our Contact Us page for further help.
Warranty
All Proxim sunglasses come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase (with proof of purchase). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratched or broken lenses
- Lost screws, fading, or deterioration of the nose pieces or frame
Any alterations made to the sunglasses will void the warranty. If eligible under the warranty terms, please reach out through our Contact Us page for assistance.
The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace (partially or in full) the sunglasses under the warranty at their discretion.
