The GT Freak is a massive mystery.
It surfs amazing in so many types of waves and has become pretty much the everyday board of every day boards.
It has a bit of extra volume but you wouldn't know it with it's performance ability but you do notice it when you're paddling getting on to waves a heap easier and paddling against currents.
Originally designed as a small-mid wave, performance board especially for ease of paddle but this shape has held it's own in all types of waves from hollow to fat beach breaks and also long points.
Fast, flowing and with the ability to go vertical with ease.
A really reliable board that you'll just find easy to surf but shred on.
- Single to double concave to vee out the tail for speed and turning ability
- Lower rocker for speed and extra push
- Plenty of volume for paddling but rail is still low-medium performance allowing the rail to sit in the water for performance
A board that you'll want to surf most of the time and really enjoy.
